I would like to extend my thanks to everyone. At Ethan Allen furniture Ormond beach, Florida. Especially to Carol. One of their designers. She turned what I thought would be a stressful experience into fun. She guided me into coordinating the 3 rooms. I was redoing. The results are stunning, each Room gracefully flows into the other. My wife and I didn’t get five feet into the door before we were greeted - that was the only upside to our visit. The saleswoman was presumptuous in what she thought we were looking for, her responses were short and unfriendly. When my wife specified what we needed she replied a quick No and made no effort in further trying to assist us. Will be the last time I enter that store.

Rude elderly sales woman meet my wife and I at the door. Said what do you no. Us? Unperfessional way to ask a Customer looking to buy furniture. I purchased Ethan Allen furniture in the 80 s.. This is the example of never going back to an old brand name that doesn't offer public courtesy.

extremely happy with the sales advice, Judy, and the entire team. Our living room and dining room are perfect. A minor flaw was repaired in a couple of days. We are looking forward to enjoying our furniture fir many years. We searched every furniture store to make sure we got the best - and we did!!
