Great staff, they go out of their way to assist you. I drove from Cincinnati to this store because of their customer service. Will use this location for future purchases!
Okay but small inventory. No one was at the front to help me, and when somebody was found to help me, she didn’t even know what a chaise lounge is. I even pronounced it three different ways for her, and she literally told me she doesn’t know what that is. With so many good furniture stores in the area, I will not be returning to this store.
Purchased a table for my moms kitchen. Bethany was great at helping us pick the perfect table & chairs. We had visited 3 other places & found this to be the best place for us!
I just went in to try on sofas for my new house. The show room was full ready to welcome shoppers. Bethany was super helpful and walked us around the showroom to provide options and give details. As of late August the show room at Kenwood was a hot mess. The Centerville location was a significantly better experience. I look forward to ordering my new furniture in a couple if months at this location. I have a 14 year old sofa from Ethan Allen that is still in excellent condition so I trust the quality of their upholstered pie... read more
