Bernadette is wonderful! She listens with intention and compassion and has a sense of how to help. I recently hurt my shoulder skiing and it was very sore and swollen. Bernadette paced me on the Seqex mat for a 30 min session. Arnica gel was also applied. That night the pain dissipated and the swelling went down I was very thankful!
