Dr. Power’s is an Excellent, Amazing and understanding Doctor!! He recommended that I start taking Berberine 1200mg to help with some issues I was dealing with . My A1C was at 6.3 and now it’s down to 6.1!!! I was determined that I didn’t want to start Metformin. Exercising, drinking plenty of water and changing your eating habits helps also!!
