My sister and I had an appointment at 12:15 and got there before 12 to be early and ended up waiting 30 minutes for the aesthetician to never show up. Unprofessional for everyone except the massage therapist who was the only one there and told us she tried contacting the aesthetician multiple times. We booked on vacation because of the good reviews but be careful because they might never show up.
