Eternal Snow offers all the latest snowboards, boots, bindings, outerwear, shoes, clothing and everything else you could ever need on or off the hill to live the snowboard lifestyle. We opened for business in the fall of 1994 in the San Francisco Bay Area but soon moved the entire snowboard shop to Reno, Nevada to be closer to the mountains and of course the snow. Eternal = no customer service! Eternals Customer Service is poor at best. I live in South Lake Tahoe and spent $1000 on a setup and $500 in outerwear here last winter. I came back in a couple weeks to EXCHANGE some binding because I didn't like the color. I was told that "it is too much trouble for them to put the binding back into the computer for me to exchange them" How hard is it to refresh and image and put a description on a website.
