I highly recommend ETC Furniture. I bought a sofa there 2 years ago and I recently purchased another one after moving and I am really happy with both.
I had a great experience shopping at ETC. The prices are very reasonable, the sofas are cute and the staff is helpful and friendly. I got the Aki sofa which was delivered the same week and was very easy to assemble. It’s beautiful and the size is perfect for my condo!
We purchased the Hanafubuki sofa that now goes as Aki 秋 3 Seater sofa 10 months back and it has been a huge disappointment. Within a few months of use, the cushions started sinking, and now you can literally feel the springs every time you sit down. It’s extremely uncomfortable and definitely not what I expected for the price. The quality feels cheap, and it hasn’t held up at all with normal, everyday use. I regret this purchase and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a durable comfortable sofa.
