Purchased the Hanafubuki 3 Seater Sofa. Positive experience via email (responsive) and with the delivery (on time). Quality of sofa isn’t the best - very firm (like dense styrofoam covered with fabric) and doesn’t feel super secure. Paid $917, but found the same thing for <$150 on Alibaba after. Not sure if this is an issue of design replication, or ETC furniture imports/rebrands their product as ‘Japanese designed’?
Great experience buying a couch here! The quality is fantastic, and Youssef was extremely helpful throughout the process. He provided excellent service and made sure I found the perfect piece. Highly recommend!

Not a pleasant communication experience. Need to mention ETC furniture to update me everyday for on-time delivery. Just kept making excuse of delivery company. So much promising on the delivery date at first, after made a payment, basically my job to figure delivery date. Delivery guy did fantastic job though.
