Very poor quality, broke within a year. They have a nice look and are sized well for condos but both pieces we got from them broke within a similar time frame.
I recently purchased a pair of sofas from ETC, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. They are absolutely beautiful — stylish, modern, and a perfect match for my space. Beyond the looks, they are incredibly comfortable and made with high-quality materials that feel durable and luxurious. The craftsmanship is excellent, and you can tell these pieces were made to last. Highly recommend ETC if you’re looking for both comfort and elegance in your furniture!
Very disappointed with this couch and am planning on replacing asap. I went to the showroom to physically sit on the couches. What I sat and ordered because of the comfort is certainly not what arrived. The couch is terribly hard, very little padding in the back and not meant for a long relaxing sit down. It met the size and shape for a condo, but if you want and expect comfort be aware
I had a great experience shopping at ETC. The prices are very reasonable, the sofas are cute and the staff is helpful and friendly. I got the Aki sofa which was delivered the same week and was very easy to assemble. It’s beautiful and the size is perfect for my condo.
