Rude, snooty owner--Don't Bother – I have shopped here for years. Love their jewelry, but the owner is so unfriendly. Recently, I stopped in and fell in love with a handbag which was the only one they had left, so they put it on hold for me until the 'end of the day' when they closed at 6:30pm. I'm the kind of person who will call the store if I've put something on hold and let them know if I'm going to buy the item or not.
