Do NOT deal with this people. Janet and all their receptionist are very rude, have no basic ideas about customer service, they hang up and very unpleasant to deal with. Paul Madden, the accountant won't even bother to return a call and you keep on chasing him. What kind of accountancy service are these people providing? How could you trust your finances with this people who have the worst customer service
