If they damage your car expect no acceptance of responsibility and certainly no compensation for repairs.
Do not use this company!!! My boyfriend and I just had our car shipped from VA to CA and the car showed up with dents and scratches. When we brought it up to them, they were extremely rude, did not let us get a word in, and are refusing to take any responsibility. Completely unacceptable.
If Montway or another broker tries to assign you to ETA Trans Inc. ASK THEM TO REASSIGN YOU. These guys dented my car and are calling me a liar and absolutely refusing to pay for damage and are being so rude on top of it all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
NIGHTMARE COMPANY They will be careless and damage your car. And then they'll claim they did nothing wrong and owe you nothing. Find a more reliable carrier. Most of these other reviews are likely their drivers, they are clearly a poorly managed company with NO CARE for their customers. They just want their money and they leave you out to dry.
I have sent and received my car, my daughter's car, and friends, to Esat Coast several times over the past 5+ years using ETA Trans Inc.. I have also introduced this company to several of my friends and other people. All of them were 100% satisfied. I will continue to use this company in the future. I would like to thank them for their hard work! Andy
