I originally submitted my divorce application in 2019 and received no updates or resolution. After years of waiting and multiple unanswered emails, I had to resubmit my application again in January 2024. To this day, I still have not received any clear response or status update. This level of communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering that payment was already made.

I had shared a review last year & was contacted immediately by Ademola demanding it be removed. This one will not. The point of a review is to share concerns, and there were plenty. The office was messy and unprofessional, short appointments took hours as he would take calls and not focus on the task at hand. The fact that I'm finally over dealing with these guys is my biggest relief from the first time we got in contact. They will never answer the phone. I have to send emails and follow up emails 3x on the average to get a response, which takes over a week, and then the nonchalance when they eventually find you worthy of a response! Felt very much like they didn't want to speak with us ever again after getting their service fee. I really wonder how they manage to keep the lights on with such service
