Decent massage, but Fresha showed $85 per hour and I was charged $90?? even in cash. That extra $5 feels dishonest and only hurts their reputation. Won't return.
I've been going to ET massage for years, always great but I have to add that lately there have been a few new staff who are next level FANTASTIC. Feeling so much better after that massage! Thanks.
Unfortunately, whoever runs the centre seems wildly incompetent with technology. Regularly, I will receive a call less than 30 minutes before my appointment advising that the only masseuse that can provide the service is not actually working that day. This has happened more than 3 times and is incredibly inconvenient especially given the short notice, not to mention disrespectful of the customers time.
