I went in specifically for a neck and shoulder massage and asked her to use stronger pressure because my shoulders were very tight. Unfortunately, she continued with a soft massage and hardly focused on the areas that needed work. I also didn’t get the impression that she had much experience with this kind of treatment. Considering it was 40 minutes and cost $65, I expected much better. My neck and shoulders feel no different at all, and I’m left wondering what I actually paid for.
Would not recommend — unsafe practice, felt exposing and uncomfortable throughout. Will not be returning.
I had an incredible massage with Yoyo at ET Brunswick North! She is easily one of the best remedial therapists I’ve ever visited. Right at the start, she asked exactly how firm I wanted the pressure, and she executed it perfectly throughout the session.
