My son has been going to Kindercare Estrella since he was 5 months old and he’s currently 3 now, and for the most part it has been a great experience for us, recently he joined the 3 year old class and at first he was having some issues adjusting but his teacher Ms. Rachel has really stepped in and helped him get adjusted ! I am completely shocked and heartbroken by what’s happening at Estrella. My child has been bitten multiple times, and I learned another child was seriously injured and needed staples. Parents are not always informed about these incidents, and even teachers have been hurt while trying to supervise. The director, Josie, is rarely present because she splits her time with Ocotillo, leaving the campus unsafe and poorly managed. I would never feel comfortable leaving my child here.

KinderCare has been a part of our lives since my son was just 6 months old, and I can honestly say it’s been such a positive experience. We’ve been to two different locations, and at both, the staff has been caring, professional, and truly invested in my child’s development. I especially love the KinderCare app! My son has been going to Estrella KinderCare since he was 3 months old. He’s now almost 2 years old and thriving! I can feel how loved he is by all the staff as soon as we step into the building. Any time I have a concern or issue, it is handled quickly. I can genuinely say that my child enjoys being dropped off every morning! Thank you to all the KinderCare teachers!
