Crystal is amazing, I’ve done a few session with her and it was a great experience every time. She has helped me so much. Our sessions helped me work through some anxiety and I feel so much more relaxed now. I can’t recommend Crystal enough!

Being new to hypnotherapy I was a bit skeptical but open to the process. I am so happy I tried this because I was pleasantly surprised at the results I saw and felt progress in just one visit and saw even greater results when I continued to go and practice the techniques I learned.
