Crystal is amazing, I’ve done a few session with her and it was a great experience every time. She has helped me so much. Our sessions helped me work through some anxiety and I feel so much more relaxed now. I can’t recommend Crystal enough!

Being new to hypnotherapy I was a bit skeptical but open to the process.
