My mother-in-law Lenore, who turned 100 in April, has been living at Estrella Gardens for the past 4 months. The care she receives is outstanding! Kathy Knudson, the owner/manager is a registered nurse. She is always looking out for the best interests of her residents, which is limited to a maximum of 10 individuals. We moved Lenore to the Valley 2 1/2 years ago. She suffers from dementia. we placed her in another, larger, assisted living facility's memory care unit in Scottsdale. I have not been able to talk to my grandfather in months, they wont let me talk to him.Because I said they were not doing a good job. Cathy runs this place and she is a criminal that says i can never see my family again and laughs. They stole my family and have a hold of the money. Some one help please! The owners are on tape abusing the elderly search estrella gardens on youtube! help see the truth about cathy and her lies please.

I was very lucky my mother lived to age 94 and still lived at home. I would have had my mom live here. My brother in law is living there and he is receiving the best care possible. He is smiling and playing the "drums and singing", so wonderful to see him happy and eating correctly and taking his meds on time. My niece and her husband visit often, and their dad is happy with all of their visits. It is a home away from home, filled with loving care and quality staff. Mom moved into Estrella Gardens Feb, 2021. The minute I drove thru the gates, I knew mom mother would love Ammy's Place with surrounding views of the mountains and cacti. There is an amazing water feature in front of the beautiful home surrounded by lush landscaping. Once you enter the home you experience a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This home is a true blessing to our senior community. I was able to see how this loving environment changed the demeanor of a gentleman that just gave up, to someone that truly enjoyed the time he had left. He was smiling again, and embraced his new home. From the individual porch access, and open floor plan for family gathering, to the hair salon. Each detail of this beautiful home was thoughtfully carried out. I highly recommend this home, and would be happy to refer anyone that I care about.
