I wish I had never used Bob Estrada . When I hired him he promised my son would get probation. My son ended up getting 40 years and he told me he could not get probation with his circumstance, but two other people were charged and had more then my son and one girl got off on probation. The other got 20 years. Tell me how this is justice he was supposed to be on my side.. By far the best attorney in Wichita Falls. Unlike some other defense attorneys, Mr. Estrada genuinely cares about his clients and will fight tooth and nail against the overzealous and vindictive State to seek justice. His assistant, Marci, is also extremely good at keeping clients in the loop and answering any and all questions they may have during the pendency of the case.
