If I could give them zero stars I would. They are leaches that come up with various “fees” to drive up your bill. One day rental cost $375. Scammers. Stay away.

This company defrauded me, his name was Ammar. I pre-authorized ONLY a $250 hold on my card, and I wanted to return the rental car early because my car was ready to be picked up, and the CSR charged me an early return fee of $300. Disappointed I still decided to return the car early, and when I arrived to return the car the customer sales rep wasn't even there so he couldn't inspect the car or take the car back. Trust me, I have the worst experience with Estrada. I hate to admit but this company has no future. I had an accident in January and I rented a Ford escape with the rear view mirror broken from these guys. After 4 months, Estrada charged me $90. When asked they said the insurance company didn’t pay us the full amount and you have to talk to the insurance company. I talked to the insurance company and they said we both(insurance co.
