I purchased a Groupon over 2 months ago to treat my boyfriend and I to a couples massage. I have left numerous voicemails over the last several weeks and I have not received a call back. The line always goes to voicemail, no one ever answers. Now the voicemail has been full for the last few weeks. I wouldn't recommend risking the loss of money over purchasing a Groupon for Estique Spa as they are not cheap. There are so many other promising spas out there that deserve the business and provide quality customer service.
I purchased the "spa package" on groupon and I have been calling them for over 2 days now so I can book the actual date and they haven't answered once, which is ridiculous considering 1. I have called over 20 times and 2. I already paid for this package. And to top it off their website doesn't even work...
Pros: place looks beautiful and relaxing. Cons: Their "spa package" only lasted 20 minutes. Their facial about 10 minutes of the 20 minutes I mentioned. The other 10 minutes was a back rub. Felt ripped off.
Dawn and Natasha are fantastic. Enjoy my relaxing visit every time I go.
