This place gave me an eye infection from their oils during a massage. I almost went to the ER and had to go directly to Urgent Care. I was ill for 14 days and on two different medications for that time period. The owner was extremely rude, and humiliated me over the phone. She had absolutely no remorse at all. I would like to respond after being in business for 21 years I have never had a client like this on the phone. I was trying to make her understand we do not use oils. Our massage cream is Lotus Touch multipurpose massage cream. it is thick and rich and does not drip. I explained to her that we did not do a facial that we did a massage and do not touch the face for a body massage. Therefore, I could not understand how we would be responsible for an eye issue.
