I drove 40 minutes for a 5:30 appointment. I arrived at 5 PM and the doors were closed, locked and lights off. Figured I would wait thinking they may have stepped out briefly. My appointment wasn’t until 5:30. I called but got a voice mail that was full. I waited thinking maybe 1 technician and had a customer so kept doors locked. Would come out once finished and would unlock doors for my appointment. I waited until 5:45. Nothing. Finally left disappointed.
