I have been going to see Madelyn and Pilar for a number of years now and I always leave feeling glowing and refreshed! They are both extremely knowledgeable and have guided me in different treatment plans and my skin has never looked better! I can’t recommend them enough!
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this establishment. The staff member I interacted with (I believe her name was Pilor) came across as unprofessional and dismissive during our interaction. Her approach felt condescending and unnecessarily confrontational, which made for an unpleasant visit and me canceling any plans on using their services.
