I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this establishment. The staff member I interacted with (I believe her name was Pilor) came across as unprofessional and dismissive during our interaction. Her approach felt condescending and unnecessarily confrontational, which made for an unpleasant visit and me canceling any plans on using their services. My favorite getaway! Pilar and Maddy are warm, kind, and professional - their work is truly incredible and the space is immaculate and thoughtfully designed. I really look forward to my monthly appointments and believe everyone could benefit from a consultation and appointment at Skin Therapy!
I highly recommend Pilar! She not only was nice and welcoming she also helped me figure out what skin treatments I would most benefit from, I recommend having them chose what facial/treatment so you can get the skin of your dreams! I never prioritized facials however I am now and forever a monthly client!! 6/5 stars!
I was actually really nervous going in for the first time, but Pilar at Skin Therapy made the whole experience so calming and comfortable. She walked me through everything and made me feel completely at ease. I left feeling confident and cared for. Highly recommend her and Skin Therapy Gig Harbor if you’re thinking about treating yourself. 💆♀️✨
