Jake was great! When you call you're talking to a real gentleman, he is down to earth and ready to help. He helped me with getting my speeding ticket reduced to a non-moving violation. From the time I paid him and got him my information to when it was resolved. We're talking maybe, 48 hours? Outstanding. Hopefully I won't be calling Jake again, but knowing how I drive.
