completely reckless and careless freight company.
Horrible service
Delivery dry van load . In and out in 1 hour. Stayed overnight right before the gate. No problem. Friendly people. Great Delivery experience.
Quick unloading!
Multiple delivery dates promised and no show. I had to follow up every time. Couldn’t find the shipment then couldn’t deliver it because they put it on a truck that can’t offload it properly only to deliver it again on same truck. Ultimately the load fell off the lift gate into the parking lot because the same truck couldn’t handle offloading it due to size of which me and the team had to help move it to the sidewalk and bring it in piece by piece and dismantle a huge crate on a sidewalk.
