Had special order of a 108" x 90" triple bypass door system that was supposed to be delivered to home depot in marlboro on 3/13. It didn't arrive until 3/18. 3 sliding doors were delivered but both top and bottom track are still in still in transit from lakewood holding up house sale. The tracks were not put on the truck for the 3/18 delivery even though ALL BOXES WERE LABELES 1/3,2/3 and 3/3 ( which were the tracks ). Making sure next time a different 3rd party deliverer is used !
Terrible customer service, terrible drivers, rude phone support. Would of given 0 stars if I could.
Horrible service, no drivers and takes more jobs than they can handle.
