I went to Este’s website and requested to have my item delivered to the backyard. The driver arrived at my home and refused to deliver to the backyard and had no interest in actually even looking to see how to get it to the backyard. He wanted to put it in the driveway or in my garage where I have two very expensive vehicles and I asked them to go to the backyard and he refused and he just drove off.
