Just a quick shout out to these guys… I see a lot of negative complaints and some are from people who don’t understand the duties of a driver delivering items and some are with higher expectations…Honestly, I have no problems with Estes. They make sure they contact me for delivery date that is acceptable for everyone. I have an easy access warehouse dock. Accommodates large or small truck and that makes delivery easy as well. Don't expect your package to arrive on time. They will tell you someone will call you to set up delivery tomorrow over and over. They will also tell you that your shipment doesn't have a guaranteed delivery date so they can just not have a clue when its coming even though its already over a week late. Unfortunately this is the carrier home depot used for my purchase and I am forced to deal with their incompetence.
The woman (starts with C) in the office was amazing. She saved the day; actually me week. Super pleasant. I wish all customer service was like her. kudos to her
Nice people, did dock drop
the women in the office (two different answered the phone) at the New Haven location are super helpful and communicative. I had a LTL shipment coming from NC, they gave me eta and kept me in the loop on the drop. Driver was quick and careful with our drop as well. thanks!
