You need to teach your drivers how to obey the road. The people that seemed to be hired probably can’t read signs! With a truck of that size you need competent drivers. They must hire anything off the street probably don’t even have green cards! But by previous review nothing will change!
Ship a freight this terminal handled, their stupid machine reads it as 103x67x24 while the actual dims is 65x32x24 and now stupid estes want to charge me an extra $310 for their mistake. explain to how you unloaded a 103x67 on your lift gate when the longest part of your gate is not even 8 feet?
Your drivers are ignorant. They pull into my businesses parking lot during operating hours blocks half of our parking lot gets out and goes next door for snacks. Comes back 15 minutes later and sits in his truck for another half hour. Mind you we are open. Truck #453142
