I had the worst experience with Estes delivery. I had a large package being delivered. I followed the tracking information and saw it was one stop away. Then we were the next stop. I went and waited outside for 20 minutes when it said it would be 2 minutes. Then I check again and he was now 4 stops away. I called in to say what the heck. Then they said that isn't accurate and they called the driver and he said it would be about 2 hours more. So I waited only to find that the driver left with out delivering the package. The never answer the phone. They schudule to deliver and they no show up. Their website is useless

I can't wait until Estes goes out of business like Yellow did. The absolute worst of the couriers. It's not just this terminal but all of them. It's not just the drivers, but customer service, warehouse, etc. They have either lost or damaged every single order we've made in the last few weeks. We got them kicked off from being used for our company for how embarrassingly bad they are at doing literally anything.
