We ordered a Lfetime swing set for our grandchildren; it is made in the USA in Utah. It comes on a sturdy 8 foot long pallet, and requires a large truck to deliver. Our swingset traveled from Utah to Illinois, and finally to Mesick, Mi with Estes Freight for final delivery. Originally, we received a call that the swingset could not be delivered to our address in Harrison Mi; that we needed to make other delivery arrangements. Terrible shipping! Company said they attempted several delivering, we were home all day and they had two phones on file. I typically don't give reviews unless it is a really bad experience or a really good one, and this was far from a good experience. People would prefer you be honest with a a true estimated delivery date then lie or make up dates to look better. I would know in advance my shipment was going to be delivered in 5-7 days than waiting every day for 5 days if the order was arriving because the deliver the websit... read more
Our delivery gentleman was amazing and so helpful, your staff at the local office was equally helpful as well. With the disability of my parents the fact that you all helped find a drop off location closer so we could do a pickup made things easier. Thank you so much!
