I ordered a double exterior door through Home Depot. Unfortunately they use Estes for their deliveries. This company keeps telling me delivery dates and time for delivery but then back out and reschedule my delivery for a later date. Very frustrating!! I’m taking time out of my day and scheduling my contractor to install the door but then at the last minute this company backs out of the date and time that delivery was scheduled. We packed and secured our freight and put it on the truck. When it got to the destination it was completely damaged. Went through the claims process and they denied the claim, stating "insufficient evidence to say carrier liability." If it goes on in working condition and is delivered damaged it is their fault! After talking to other LTL company's nobody will use them! In this area we are blessed with many options for LTL. Take advantage of those options and NEVER USE ESTES!!! Please take my advice!!
Avoid at all costs. They do not care about you or your items. Even if they didn’t break the tile themselves, why would you deliver this.
