What a nightmare of a shipping service. Been waiting over 2 weeks for my order. It was in Omaha on the 16th, about 45 minutes from me for 2 days. Then it moved even further away to Des Moines and upon contacting them, they said they accidentally shipped it to the wrong facility. Wow. Then they emailed and told me it would be delivered Friday morning and still haven’t seen anything. Update 3/10: reached out by email like there response below suggested. Talk about making excuses!!! Take ownership that you dropped the ball as a company and just simply apologize. Don’t make excuses and don’t pass the buck and blame other departments. HORRIBLE SERVICE CONTINUES!!!! Do not use them if you want your shipment in a reasonable amount of time. Order was placed 2/28, they show package received 3/2, paid extra to have it delivered by 3/4-3/5. Tracking delivery has changed from the 3rd, 4th to the 5th. Now I get an ... read more
