Thanks for not delivering. My item and not updating my tracking i would have picked it up Friday if I knew you guys were not delivering it. Now you tell me Monday, because you dont work weekends. I was supposed to have It thursday.
One star is even too much to give! If ever you purchase a product and they say this company is delivering immediately cancel the product.. my product was due on the 10th Was promised on 4 separate occasions my product would be to me next day (mind you they have the product ) and each day was a no show delivery Also they do not call you back when you try to inquire where your shipment is Horrible service
We purchased a table from Home Depot that was supposed to be delivered by Estes. We received a text saying our dining table was supposed to arrive on Friday between 12-4- it did not come. Saturday it showed out for delivery- it did not come. Same for Sunday. This whole time, no contact whatsoever. I called on Monday morning and they said they'd call 30 minutes before delivery, and that the table would be delivered by noon.
