Horrible. We've been waiting on a couch for 2 months. Still waiting. Don't even want to give them one star. Incompetent employees. We came home from vacation early because they said it was going to be delivered. Never showed and they said they are unsure. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!!!
I am not someone who writes reviews and only does when the service is really good or really bad. I have two experiences with the Estes distribution out of Rock Tavern/Newburgh NY. They are extremely unaccommodating, make no effort to work within your schedule and rude. I would highly recommend not using them.
