Estes Express was tasked with delivering a BBQ Grill/ Pizza Oven Combo. Roughly 4 large boxes plastic wrapped on a pallet +/- 350 lbs. After order was made, I received an email with anticipated shipping and arrival dates. A few days later I received a call confirming a day and window of time for delivery. Driver called about 45 minutes out. Great communication. Courteous and Professional Delivery Person. Much appreciated.
I was very disappointed in the delivery service that The Home Depot used because my delivery was delayed twice with no explanation or reason for the delay. My home improvement project was delayed by a week because of this delay.

This company is quick to respond to requests in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner. I had a problem with a seller’s promise of a delivery date, and the staff at Estes express kindly explained the process. (The seller on Amazon was unaware of a few details of delivery to a rural area.) Estes explained fully a solution. My experience with this delivery company was very positive.
Diver was very nice and put the furnace were i wanted it in the garage.
