Being a freight broker in a niche market it is important for me to have reliable and efficient vendors. Estes has been that for me. They service locations quickly and tend to be much more accurate than most of the carriers have become. The sales group has been very helpful in the rare occasion when there are issues. Overall I am very pleased with the performance and service levels they provide. If the rates were better they would get the fifth star
Your staff showed up and lectured my wife how they couldn't go over a 3/4" ledge with such a heavy pallet. The driver on the phone with his manager and berated my wife telling her she didn't know what she was talking about while is holding two children under the age of 2.
