Received my purchase damaged. We all work hard to earn the things we purchase, and we expect those items to be handled with care during delivery. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case with this delivery service company. Their explanation regarding my damaged toolbox is disappointing and does not adequately address the damage or the responsibility for it.
Terminal and operations manager are incompetent and lazy.
They're making up rules and billing labeling fees that's not a industry standard, we picked up hundreds of shipments from CFS warehouses every month from different CFS warehouse with other Estes branches and carriers. They're trying to convince me this is an industry standard which it is not. Complaint has been sent to our corporate sales and I'm informing all my friends in the shipping industry on Linkedin. Their management should step in.
