Save yourself some time and use another freight company! I have scheduled a shipment through Estes to be completely let down. They have lost a quarter of my shipment in transit, after jumping through hoops to assist them with freight that was lost by them, i was able to file a claim and my claim was denied without doing a thorough investigation. Highly unsatisfied with their service!
Had the same experience as UMAR below. Ordered something from Home Depot. A generator over 300 pounds. They just threw it into the driveway strapped to the crate, even though I talked to them for three days before and they promised they would call when on their way and help unwrap. Horrible and irresponsible shipping company. I got word from Home Depot they'd he delivering my 300lb freight through Estes Express Lines. I was told they'd be out May 1st for delivery. When the entire day went by I called Estes and they said it would be between May 1st and May 7th, and that it was a no-apppintment no-scheduled shipping, which I was not happy with. They have had my package in Houston and in transit in Houston for 3 days. Their tracking is terrible, first it said it would be here the 7th and then it said I would receive a call to set up delivery time (home depot sent that message). I haven't heard from them at all.
