I’m not one to leave reviews unless there needs to be truth said about services. Really had high hopes for Kari and her team but unfortunately have been left on read/no response/ghosted. We have tried multiple times to get an answer. Started conversations back in December 2024. I have never been more impressed with a tax preparation, or just a small business experience in my life. Bobbie not only was professional, quick, and knowledgeable with filing our multi-state military taxes, she also dealt with us needing to find information we didn’t know we should have brought and was extremely patient and understanding about our fussy toddler that was with us.
