Just had an excellent experience with Carlos at the bike shop. He repaired a scooter tire that 2 other shops could not repair. I live so close to the bike shop and never knew it was in this shopping center across the street from Walmart in Estero. Now I know where I can get my bike serviced. Very clean shop and very knoweledable.
Great customer service! I walked in for a seat part and they not only sold me the right part, but put it together for me at no charge. A real pleasure doing business with local owners. Best place for parts and repairs!
Very nice and respectful guy. Tell me of a deal he had which ended up saving me some money. That was the right choice to do. He gave me the right advice and said that there is anything else I could have him do let him know. Highly recommend you go there if you need any mechanical work done on your bikes and E-BIKES
