This is a really bad experience and rude customer service. we went shopping for prom dress in April. We couldn't decide on the dress which is about 500$. the lady at the customer service suggest we can hold it for 7 days with a deposit. and we were told we can call to cancel, or the dress will be released after 7 days, and the deposit will be refund to us.
