Beautiful clothes for a very fancy baby These clothes are as gorgeous as they are expensive. There is an incredible selection that seems to change weekly instead of seasonally. Estella doesn't really know the art of a sale, so if you are going to purchase be prepared for some shocking prices.
Terrible customer service Had quite an experience with this business yesterday. My wife called me and said she had been trying to place an order online with them, and it was canceled. She had called them several times trying to clarify the situation: I have no idea whether they disliked the way she talked (she has a pretty strong Eastern European accent) or what, but they started acting paranoid, hanging up on her several times and even threatening to "call the authorities."
