I have been going here for 18 yrs. now and hope to be going for the next 18 yrs.lol
We did our taxes here every year since 2019. We always thought their flat rate fee was $60 or $80. What they don't tell you, at least they didn't tell us, is that your refund will be an additional $150 short because they use a bank product to deduct an additional $150 for wanting your money direct deposit. BTW the IRS will directly refund your money without fees if they file your 1040 with your bank info. They might tell you they are doing it to get your refund "faster" and it's not true.
