the worst customer service I've ever experienced from the front desk person don't waste your time because you'll be dealing with her a lot they reuse old pads and tape them to you for their tens units. the first two appointments I had the person manipulating me did not press hard enough to make me stretch or have results only one OT Takes time and does a good job it's an hour appointment but it's only 15 minute increments of three things

Estuve llendo a terapia en este lugar q jamás recomendaría a nadie nunca desinfectan nunca cambian los masajes siempre lo mismo ya de ultimo yo lleve mi propio parches eléctricos y ala salida me los querían quitar q porque eran de la clínica es inaudito q aiga esta clase de personas trabajando cuando ni siquiera una disculpa son incapaces de dar
Unprofessional, rude. Will forget you as a patient in the room . Not sterile , cleaning is. it a priority ! Equipment is broken and they will not replace it. Reused pads for treatment.
