Rating 0 of 5. I cannot understand how ESBJ is still in business. I was stiffed for $1900 as they completed the sale of my goods and never paid me. I have all the documentation and will bring a suit against them. From what I can tell from the BBB, I am not the only one with this situation.
if zero stars were available, that's what I would give. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. THE LIST IS TOO LONG TO SHARE. THEY TOOK OUR MERCHANDISE AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT, THEY USE THE BBB LOGO ON THEIR WEBSITE BUT THEY ARE NOT A MEMBER. THEY DAMAGED OUR HOUSE WHILE MOVING OUT FURNITURE WHICH THEY HAVE NOT PAID FOR...AND TODAY I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT WITH DOJ OF THE STATE OF NC AND I AM JUST GETTING STARTED!
Scam artists. Do not give them your business.
They do what is best for them and not the customer. They never bothered putting up local signs of an estate sale. They represented that they have private high end buyers but none showed up at our sale. The individual that was suppose to run our sale never showed and never bothered to advise us, THE CUSTOMER ! A complete waste of time. We would have been better off donating all the stuff to a charity and not waste the time.
