Very uncomfortable and disappointed with the lack of detail and information provided after the sale. Individual items sold were lumped into one total figure, and no accounting of what did not sell and if anything was ultimately donated. They insist that owners not attend, but there was no accounting for the outcome. Just mailed us a check for much less than we ecpected. Be wary!
My husband and I decide to down size and we did not want to have a garage sale. We contacted Joe Pete who hosted our estate sale. Joe did an excellent job and sold almost everything in one day. What I really loved was there was nothing to do on our part he handled everything. I highly recommend him.
