If you have never been to an estate sale, try Joann! (And if you HAVE been and had a poor experience elsewhere, PLEASE set that aside and see Joann!). Why? Over the years, my wife and I have been to various sales by various persons / businesses. Of all the sales we have visited, Joann's have stood out for these reasons: 1) Better estates. Stopped by a sale going on in howell. This was my first estate sale experience and I was impressed! The staff was friendly and helpful and I found some great items for a good price. Can't wait to check out more sales. Thanks Joann

went to the Howell Estate Sale this weekend and it was run very smoothly. Everybody was friendly and professional, professionally professional, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommend.

JoAnn and her team were amazing! They had the whole house set up in a day. There was alot of stuff. It would have taken me months to do what they were able to set up in a day. All that was left to do was price things after the first day She had really clever ideas on how to merchandise everything. I was very impressed with her knowledge of older items/antiques. The sale went very well. The neighbor commented on how friendly the staff was at the sale. I would recommend JoAnn to anyone having an estate sale.
