These people ripped me off. Estate Sales/AEP Estate Liquidators signed a contract with me in Nov. 2019 for 40% of the gross sales and then took about 50%, charging me more than $1200 for labor. The contract explicitly states that they "(AEP) pay all costs of advertising, security, labor, and sales out of our 40% of the gross sales." All i can say is...i wish i would have hired Monica and Roland of Estate Sale Services to do my parents estate sale. After going to their estate sale in a warehouse in Galveston, i was amazed at the knowledge and professionalism of this crew. Roland negotiated many a fair deal while keeping me entertained with his sense of humor....and just as impressive was Monica's expertise of vintage merchandise, quality of fabric, and her ability to know what i would like.
