Trustworthy & fair. Fantastic employees. Recommend 10/10
Expect mistakes and being treated rudely. Won a pair of 9" bonsai with good price,there is 5-star. But when I picked them up, found they are much smaller. The guy on-site measured them to be 7". No apology for their mistake. Minus 1 star. When I was checking them, the guy literally grab them from me, saying, if you feel cheated, we will refund you, I can easily sell them. When I said, they are still ok. He refused to take the bonsais back. Minus 2 stars. Refund was swift. So 2 stars total.
