I hired Estate Sale Angels for sales held in July 2024. My review is in regards to the owner’s contract that I signed. PRICING: Their contract states that a minimum of 5 days would be spent organizing and assigning prices. They spent only 2 afternoons setting up tables 2 days before the sale and approximately 50% of the merchandise was never priced. They got the job done. We were pleased with the outcome.
Not willing to negotiate reasonable cash deals, even on the last day of an estate sale. Would have bought so much more. The family running the sale seemed flustered, overbearing, and unapproachable. The guy setting the prices was inflexible and rude.
Estate sale listed on Saturday, July 22 until 4:00. We got there at 3:10 and were told they were closing up and that they would be open again tomorrow. As we walked out, a different group of people walked in and they let them in. There was no mention of appointment making in their sale listing- nothing whatsoever. They just wouldn’t let us in. Very bizarre and I’ll avoid this company in the future.
