Rebecca is absolutely phenomenal she went out of her way to help my mom who is very weak and coming from the hospital and wanted to make some changes to her estate. The whole office is super professional and I would recommend anybody coming to get their estate planning or use their legal services.
They did the will and estate planning for my father and his wife. When both died, I went to them about it, and despite getting the information to them that they asked for and them saying they were there to help, they did NOTHING. Three days and myself and others have heard not one word from them. Avoid them at all costs.
Gordon who does taxes should be given 1 star only. After email,voice mail and a message to the front desk we still have not heard back from him so we definitely do not recommend and will not be using anyone for our tax preparation in the future from this office. The rest of the services are great for Trusts,portfolio management, and insurance.
Extraordinarily poor communication. Lack of attention to detail. Our deeds (plural, more than one piece of real estate) were BOTH incorrectly drafted. This was brought to our attention when the deeds were to be recorded with the various local Register of Deeds. After that was finally corrected, we received yet another notice from the Register of Deeds that certain documents had been sent to the wrong office! Of course, it's up to me to correct this.
