This sounds like a great firm if you have a large estate to manage and don't mind dropping 4-8k on a retainer. I was just asking for simple accounting assistance on a trust I manage, and they wanted a 3700 retainer for something I figured out how to do myself on chatgpt in 10 minutes. If you have a large estate they are probably fine but if you need simple assistance with something, stay away.
